Cassie Blake ~ @LovelyCassieB 

Cassie Blake is a normal teenager when her mother dies in a freak house fire. She is now an orphan and goes to live with her grandmother in the sleepy town of Chance Harbor. Things are not as they appear in Chance Harbor and Cassie finds out she is a descended from a family of witches. She also discovers there are 5 other witch families and that she was the missing member of the witch coven. Cassie also finds her a note from her mother briefly outlining her magical ability and that people will come for the power and for her.

Faye Chamberlain ~ @Fearless_Faye

Faye Chamberlain is well-known for her beautifully long brown hair and olive green eyes that are often marked with dark eyeliner. Despite her seemingly innocent and kind persona, Faye is a very flirtatious and playful young woman that possesses a wicked streak within her. Despite her not wanting to bind the circle she only argeed to it after her magic push Sally Matthews onto sharp rocks where she had NDE. Faye then argeed to it, but then found out it took away her own powers and then vowed to be a 'solo' act


Adam Conant  ~  @AdamC_TSC

After the introduction between Adam Conant and Cassie Blake, the two instantly begin to connect. Later, after Cassie is nearly killed in what seemed to be an accidental car fire, Adam rescues her by magically extinguishing the flames. The following day, Adam’s girlfriend, Diana, officially introduces her to The Secret Circle. When her new friends explain that they are all descended from powerful witches, and they've been waiting for Cassie to join them and complete a new generation of the Secret Circle, Cassie refuses to believe them - until Adam shows her. Overwhelmed with excitement, Adam attempts to kiss Cassie, but is rejected as she continues to runaway. Later that night, Adam visits Cassie’s home to apologize, explaining to her that with her presence in Chance Harbor, their magic is more powerful than it ever has, and that he only tried kissing her because he was caught up in the moment (but obviously, he's in love with her). 


Diana Meade (available)

After welcoming Cassie Blake into her school and town, Diana invites Cassie to join her at The Boathouse Bar and Grill. After the discovery of Cassie's car accident, Diana confronts Faye Chamberlain and warns her about the dangers of their powers. The following day, Diana introduces Cassie to their coven, and tries to teach her about their families legacy of witches. Later that night, as Faye conjures a massive thunderstorm, Diana attempts to stop her, but is soon struck by lighting. She then starts trying to encourage the others to join her in binding the circle as it could be dangerous, otherwise.

  Melissa Glaser ~ @NeutralMelissa

Not much is known about Melissa other than the fact she is best friends with Faye Chamberlain and secretly in love with Nick Armstrong. She's also a neutral character, undecided on what side she wants to join or what to do with her magic.

Nick Armstrong (available)

As a child, Nick lost both of his parents due to an "accidental" tragedy. Currently, Nick stays with his Aunt and Uncle next-door to Jane Blake. After the arrival of Cassie Blake, Nick spies on her under the orders of Adam Conant. Despite his bad boy attitude, Nick seems to have a special affection for Melissa Glaser. 


Dawn Chamberlain (available)

Dawn Chamberlain is a former member of The Secret Circle and also the mother of Faye Chamberlain. After a suprise visit from her father-in-law, Henry Chamberlain, he discovers that she andCharles Meade have been using a forbidden stone to performmagic. After he demands that she hand it over and threatens to tell "The Elders", Dawn uses the crystal to kill Henry.


Charles Meade (available)

Charles Meade is a witch (Warlocks in this series are calle witches) , a former member of The Secret Circle and also the father of Diana Meade. Charles is also responsible for killingCassie Blake's mother, and his former friend, Amelia Blake. 


Jane Blake (available)

Jane Blake is the mother of Amelia Blake, grandmother ofCassie Blake, and former member of The Secret Circle. 


Ethan Conant (available)

Amelia Blake and Ethan Conant were former lovers, until Amelia betrayed the coven by leaving. Depressed and saddened by the loss of his love, Ethan has since then become an alcoholic. Although he managed to get a wife and have Adam.
